How are packages boxed and addressed?
We pack your goods in plain brown cardboard boxes, we use a private shipping company/agent. There is no Kink branding on the outside of the box or the shipping label. We take your privacy seriously and make sure all shipments are discreet.
Why is someone contacting me for more money to deliver my order (international shipping)?
Our international customers should expect additional fees due when your package arrives in your country. Most countries will require duties and taxes to be paid for imported items. These charges are not included in the shipping prices paid when placing an order on Kink Store. If additional duties or taxes are required by your country, you will be contacted by your selected courier when your package has arrived at your country’s border. These fees must be paid to release your package to your destination. Orders successfully shipped to the border of your country, but refused further delivery by the customer, are nonrefundable. Kink Store is also not responsible for any items seized at the border for any reason.
Refunds are not offered on all products after 48 hours of shipment. For some purchases, refunds may be offered but additional conditions exist. Unused items that are accepted for refund are subject to a 75% restocking fee.
Used products will generally be ineligible for refunds unless a defect is noted, in which case we will work with you and the manufacturer to resolve the issue. Refunds will be determined on a case by case basis. If any product purchased by you is not covered under this refund policy, BBS reserves the right at its sole discretion to decide whether or not you are entitled to a refund for that particular product. Kink branded merchandise is ineligible for refunds.
